A stay at the Terme dei Colli Euganei spa is distinguished by the wide range of opportunities that the area offers. Landscape, nature, history and monuments are just some of the features of this unique area in the heart of the Po Valley.
Visiting this area by bicycle allows you to get closer to the wonders scattered throughout the territory, to taste the fine wines made from the grapes grown in the pleasant hills and produced in the numerous wine cellars. The holiday is then sealed by the union with the experience and the thermal relaxation of the highest level offered by the excellent hotels of the Euganean thermal basin.

Travel programme

Day 1Villa Vescovi and Praglia Abbey: 25 km

Arrival in Abano terme in the morning on Saturday, leaving your personal belongings at the hotel you will leave for the first excursion along the cycle paths of the spa to reach Villa dei Vescovi and Praglia Abbey.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon to enjoy the relaxation of the thermal pools.

Day 2Between Villas and Castles (Km 45)

After a hearty breakfast you will set off along the E2 cycle route, immersing yourself in the nature of the Euganean Hills, an ancient thermal site of Roman origin, which over the centuries has been chosen as a holiday resort by numerous nobles and clergy who have dotted the area with villas and castles, monumental gardens and ancient villages.
An unmissable tour for those staying at the spa, along part of the cycle route you will encounter the beauty that distinguishes these places, with villas and castles and gardens that are unique in the world.

In the train station of Montegrotto terme stop most of the trains in circulation to the main cities of northern Italy.

BY CAR
From Milan-Verona-Venice
A4 motorway, exit Padova Ovest, once you exit continue towards the centre of Padua, once on the ring road continue on the same in the direction of Terme Euganee.
From Bologna
Motorway A13 exit Terme Euganee, Abano terme is located three km from the motorway exit.
